| All prices are subject to change. We at Cycle Pirates will make every effort to limit our price changes. In the event of a product price change we will do our best to notify your business in advance. We will not sell our products below dealer net prices nor do we condone said action.

Distribution: |
| We at Cycle Pirates are an active online retailer and reserve the right to sell our products online. We will not sell below MSRP to retail customers.

Payment: |
| To be considered for the Cycle Pirates brand products you will have to fill out a dealer application. A credit and industry reference check may be performed prior to approval. We will accept alternate forms of payment however the application must be completed thoroughly. After approval as a dealer/distributor for Cycle Pirates we will give you a call or E-mail to inform you of your status as well as be ready to take your order.

Initial purchase: |
| For your first purchase we request that you make an initial purchase of $300.00 minimum. This will put you in the dealer-pricing bracket.

|
Minimum orders: |
| We add a $10.00 service charge to any order under $50.00.
|
|
Limited warranty: |
| We at Cycle Pirates do not imply any warranty on our products other than that which deals with defect in either workmanship or materials.
|
|
Installation: |
| Cycle pirates limited warranty only applies to our products that have been installed buy a certified motorcycle mechanic.
|
|
Shipping: |
| We ship by ground unless asked to ship by other means. All shipping costs are attached to your total purchase unless told otherwise by one of our representatives. If for any reason you receive a damaged box please notify us within 10 days of receipt of the package. For best results keep the damaged box and all packaging material. Photograph all damage.

Overages & Shortages: |
| If you receive extra products or are missing some than you must contact us by Phone, Fax, or E-mail within 10 days of receipt of our product.

|
Back-orders: |
| All back-orders will be held until notification of back-order release is given.
In the event of a cancellation we will charge a 20% restocking fee. We need to be notified before you ship anything back to us.

Returns: |
| If for any reason you wish to return our products, you must provide a description of damage and have our consent and a return authorization number. As an industry policy we will charge a 20% restocking fee for any returns that were not damaged in transit or have manufacturer defects. All returns must have prepaid freight and must include all product pieces as well as all original packaging.
